This is the second time I'm found Pottery Barn bedding at our 4th Avenue thrift store. Score!
It's a bumper from a discontinued design. However, it would probably coordinate with another pattern that has chambray blue and green gingham, with hot pink accents. Like this Daisy Garden Nursery Bedding in green (currently on sale! $154 for set).

For a truly vintage baby quilt, Vintage Kandy on Etsy has the sweetest (and most affordable) options in bright, mod colors ($35 + 10 shipping). I'm partial to the one called Pink Lemonade to go with this set.
And for sheeting, my fave is Aunt Becky on Etsy (she really has been under my favorites for years now!). She does really unique mash-ups like this brown and aqua wood grain/nesting dolls/mod flowers sheet ($70 with free shipping).
